# Affiliate & 18 U.S.C. §2257 Disclosure

Last updated: October 26, 2026 (Asia/Shanghai) · Adults 18+ only

**Not legal advice.** This page describes how HotVoy operates as an independent adult live cams discovery site and Stripcash affiliate. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction. For a binding answer on whether promoting adult content is lawful where you are, consult local counsel (aligned with Stripcash Help guidance).

## Affiliate disclosure

HotVoy is an **independent affiliate** of the **Stripcash Affiliate Program** (operated by Technius Ltd). When you click outbound buttons such as “Take control”, “Answer her”, “Go live”, or “Enter a live room”, you are sent through our **Unique Link** to partner websites (Stripchat network destinations and related properties). HotVoy may earn a commission if you register or purchase — at **no additional cost to you**.

We must use Unique Links for referrals to be credited under the Affiliate Program Agreement. HotVoy is **not** the merchant of record for tokens, subscriptions, or private shows.

## What HotVoy is

- An independent live cams / adult webcam discovery landing page (brand: HotVoy only).

- A curator of regions, themes, and Live cinema previews to help adults explore partner rooms.

- A referral surface — not a white-label Stripchat clone and not an official Stripcash property.

## What HotVoy is not

- Not a content host, CDN for streams, or rebroadcast / DVR service.

- Not a pirate, scrape, or “record live streams to monetize” operation. Stripcash does not work with pirate sites, will not buy those placements, and will not pay commission on that traffic; HotVoy aligns with that rule.

- Not the producer of partner live performances shown after you leave this site.

## 18 U.S.C. § 2257 / age records statement (affiliate discovery)

HotVoy’s own editorial artwork is either original, licensed, or clearly labeled as editorial preview — not a claim that any depicted person is a current live performer on a partner site.

For live cams, adult webcam rooms, and other sexually explicit materials **on partner websites** that you open via our Unique Link:

- Those materials are produced and published by the partner platform(s) and/or their performers / studios.

- In line with Stripcash Affiliate Program conditions (Agreement §10(c)–(d) principles), content must not depict anyone under 18 or suggest under-18 performers, and age documentation obligations apply to parties who make such materials available.

- Records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and/or 2257A for depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct on partner sites are maintained by the respective platform custodians of records — not by HotVoy . HotVoy does not host those primary content files.

- Live cinema thumbnails loaded through official Models API channels remain subject to the partner network’s compliance and performer privacy controls.

To request custodian-of-records information for a specific partner room, use that destination site’s own §2257 / compliance pages after you arrive there.

## Sponsored / advertising relationship

Outbound CTAs are **sponsored affiliate links** (`rel="sponsored"`). Editorial copy on HotVoy describes discovery themes (remote control, desire, late-night exploration); it is marketing for partner live cams, not an impartial lab review.
